Common use of Senomyx Compounds Clause in Contracts

Senomyx Compounds. Senomyx shall, at its expense, supply Aurora with Senomyx Compounds for each Aurora Screening Program. Any Senomyx Compounds supplied by Senomyx for use in an Aurora Screening Program will be [***], or another format mutually agreed to in writing by the parties (the "Compound Supply"). The quantities needed for each screen will be specified in writing in the Work Plan. Aurora agrees not to transfer the Compound Supply to any Third Party or to use it for any purpose other than developing or screening Assay Platforms without Senomyx's prior written consent. Aurora will return to Senomyx any unused Compound Supply.
