Seniority Standing. 12.1.1. Each employee shall have seniority standing equal to such employee's continuous length of service with this employer, as set forth in Appendix A. The length of service of an employee holding the rank of Lieutenant shall count as seniority time within the unit.
Seniority Standing. 7.1.1 Each employee shall have seniority standing equal to such employee’s continuous length of service within the Juvenile Court in a classification within the bargaining unit as reflected in Appendix A.
Seniority Standing. When an Employee achieves permanent status, his length of unbroken service in positions coming within the jurisdiction of this Agreement shall determine his seniority standing. Temporary Employees shall not have seniority standing. Seniority shall apply in accordance with the other provisions of this Agreement in respect to promotions, transfers, layoffs and recalls.
Seniority Standing. Regular Banquet Servers who transfer to the extra list will be dovetailed based on seniority date. Extra employees who transfer to the regular list will be placed at the bottom of the list with their “regular” seniority based on their date of transfer.
Seniority Standing. Seniority standing shall be granted to an Employee who has completed six (6) months 1,040 compensable work hours, exclusive of overtime) of employment with the Employer. The seniority date shall related back to the initial date of employment once the Employee has completed the probationary period.
Seniority Standing. 6.01 (a) For the purpose of this Agreement, the terms of temporary, probationary and permanent employees shall be interpreted to mean:
Seniority Standing. 11.1.1. Unless otherwise provided, each employee shall have seniority standing equal to such employee's continuous length of service with this Employer. When employees have the same seniority date, ties shall be broken by the level of placement on the Civil Service hiring list, with the higher list position resulting in the highest seniority placing. Seniority of current members of the bargaining unit are set forth in Appendix A to this Agreement.
Seniority Standing. RULE 8.1 Complete lists of all Maintenance of Way employees covered by this agreement, showing their seniority standing in their respective classifications, and dates of promotion, shall be prepared at the beginning of each year, a copy of which shall be furnished to representatives of the employees, and a copy of the list posted at headquarters of each gang. All lists shall be open for correction on proper representation within six (6) months from date of issue.
Seniority Standing. 11.1.1 Each employee shall have seniority standing equal to such employee’s continuous length of service within a position within the bargaining unit, however, employee’s continuously employed with the County prior to accepting a position with one of the elected officials may utilize their original date of hire with the County for benefit accrual purposes only, e.g. vacation, etc. A seniority list shall be included in the applicable appendixes.
Seniority Standing. Seniority standing shall be granted to all employees. “The standing is to be determined on the basis of total length of continuous employment for Independent School District No. 2168 when it was originally established, the employee’s seniority date means the most recent date of commencement of continuous employment as an employee of School District Xx. 000 xx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xx 000. All new employees permanently hired by the Board shall be on probation for a period of six (6) months, and upon successful completion of such probationary period, then seniority will revert to the first day of their employment. During such six months, employees may be discharged by the Board without cause and without the same causing a breach of this Agreement or constituting a grievance.
