Seniority Shift Bidding Clause Samples

The Seniority Shift Bidding clause establishes a system where employees select work shifts based on their length of service with the employer. In practice, this means that employees with greater seniority are given priority when choosing preferred shifts, while newer employees select from the remaining options. This clause ensures a fair and transparent process for shift allocation, rewarding long-term employees and reducing disputes over shift assignments.
