Seniority for. all employees shall commence from the first day of continuous service within the bargaining unit provided that the employee has successfully completed the probationary period and shall cease when an employee’s employment with the Employer is terminated. Term, replacement and casual employees will be credited with seniority for time in the service of the Employer provided there are no breaks in service of greater than two (2)
