Seniority and Service. 9.01 Seniority will be based on last date of hire into the bargaining unit for full-time employees and will accrue on the basis of hours paid in the bargaining unit for part- time employees. One year of full-time seniority shall be equivalent to sixteen hundred and ten (1610) paid hours of part-time seniority. Casual employees will accrue seniority on the same basis as part-time employees.
