Common use of Senior Secured Leverage Ratio Clause in Contracts

Senior Secured Leverage Ratio. The Parent will not, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter, permit the Senior Secured Leverage Ratio as of such date, to be greater than to be greater than 3.00 to 1.00.

Senior Secured Leverage Ratio. The Parent will not, as of Borrower shall not permit the Senior Secured Leverage Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarterquarter ending on or after September 30, permit the Senior Secured Leverage Ratio as of such date2005, to be greater than to be greater than 3.00 in excess of 2.00 to 1.00.

The Xxxxx Parent will notnot permit the Senior Secured Leverage Ratio, as of the last day of any each fiscal quarter, permit commencing with the Senior Secured Leverage Ratio as of such datefiscal quarter ending March 31, 2019, to be greater than to be greater than 3.00 2.25 to 1.00.

Senior Secured Leverage Ratio. The Parent will not, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter, shall not permit the Senior Secured Leverage Ratio as Ratio, for any period of such datefour consecutive fiscal quarters of the Parent ending on a Quarter Date occurring on or after 31 March 2013 and on or prior to 31 December 2014, to be greater than exceed 1.75 to be greater than 3.00 to 1.001.0.
