Common use of Senior Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Senior Loan Documents. Copies of the Senior Loan Documents and each document relating thereto, and a certificate of the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Parent certifying that the attached documents are a true, correct and complete set of the Senior Loan Documents, that all conditions precedent to funding of the Senior Debt have been met or waived, and that those transactions are being consummated simultaneously with the sale of the Senior Subordinated Notes;
