Common use of Senior Lecturer Clause in Contracts

Senior Lecturer. The term “Senior Lecturer” as used in this Agreement, shall mean a part-time Faculty member selected for special responsibilities and recognition because of length of service, high quality teaching, appropriate academic credentials and desire to serve students and the University outside the classroom.

The term “Senior Lecturer” as used in this Agreement, shall mean a Lecturers are part-time Faculty member selected for special responsibilities and recognition because of who by length of service, high quality teachingService, appropriate academic credentials qualifications, quality of classroom instruction, and desire commitment to serve students and the University outside University, merit consideration for a special status. Appointment to the classroomrank of Senior Lecturer does not imply preference for full-time positions that may become available nor imply that a full-time position will be created.
