Selling or Possessing Illegal Drugs. Employees found to be selling or possessing drugs shall be turned over to the local authorities. The City shall also take any disciplinary action it deems appropriate up to and including termination. Conviction of any of the above offenses will result in termination of employment.

  • Illegal Drugs A. The use or possession of an illegal drug or controlled substance by an employee on duty is cause for suspension or termination, and/or referral for criminal prosecution.

  • Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 A person who is not a party to this Agreement will not have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of its terms but this will not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.

  • Illegal Use You may use your FAIRWINDS Credit Union Credit Card for any transaction permitted by law. You may not use your Card for any gambling purposes, either legal or illegal.
