Seller Exhibits. Buyer shall have until the end of the Review Period to review and approve the information on Exhibits B, C, D, E and F. In the event Buyer does not approve any such Exhibit or the information contained therein, Buyer shall be entitled to terminate this Contract by notice to Seller and the Xxxxxxx Money Deposit shall be returned to Buyer with all interest thereon and both parties shall be relieved of all rights, obligations and liabilities hereunder except for the parties’ obligations pursuant to Sections 3.3 and 16.6.
Seller Exhibits. Buyer shall have until the end of the Review Period to review and approve the information on Exhibits B, C, D, E and F. In the event Buyer does not approve any such Exhibit or the information contained therein prior to the end of the Review Period, Buyer shall be entitled to terminate this Contract by notice to Seller and the Xxxxxxx Money Deposit shall be returned to Buyer with all interest thereon and both parties shall be relieved of all rights, obligations and liabilities hereunder except for the parties’ obligations pursuant to Sections 3.3 and 16.6. Silence by Buyer through the end of the Review Period shall be deemed approval of all information on the foregoing exhibits.
Seller Exhibits. Buyer shall have until the end of the Review Period to review and approve in writing the information on Exhibits B, C, D, E and F. In the event Buyer does not approve any such Exhibit or the information contained therein in writing prior to the end of the Review Period, Buyer shall be entitled to terminate this Contract by notice to Seller given within three (3) Business Days after the expiration of the Review Period and, if such termination notice is given as aforesaid, the Xxxxxxx Money Deposit shall be returned to Buyer with all interest thereon and both parties shall be relieved of all rights, obligations and liabilities hereunder except for the parties’ obligations pursuant to Sections 3.3 and 16.6.
Seller Exhibits. Seller agrees to provide complete copies of Exhibits B, D, E, G, H and I for review by Buyer not later than December 20, 2002. Buyer shall have until the end of the Review Period to review and approve the information on all such Exhibits. In the event Buyer does not approve any such Exhibit or the information contained therein, Buyer shall be entitled to terminate this Contract by notice to Seller and the Deposit shall be returned to Buyer with all interest thereon and both parties shall be relieved of all rights, obligations and liabilities hereunder except for the parties’ obligations pursuant to Sections 3.3 and 16.6.

In the event Buyer and Seller cannot resolve any such issues prior to the expiration of the Review Period, Buyer shall be entitled to terminate this Contract by written notice to Seller prior to the expiration of the Review Period and the Xxxxxxx Money Deposit shall be returned to Buyer with all interest thereon and both parties shall be relieved of all rights, obligations and liabilities hereunder except for the parties’ obligations pursuant to Sections 3.3 and 16.6.
Seller Exhibits. Seller has provided to Buyer completed Exhibits B, C, D, E and F, together with true, correct and complete copies of all documents and instruments described and/or referred to therein. Buyer shall have until the end of the Review Period to review and approve the information on Exhibits B, C, D, E and F and in such documents and instruments. In the event Buyer does not approve any such Exhibit or the information contained therein, Buyer shall be entitled to terminate this Contract prior to the expiration of the Review Period by notice to Seller and the Exxxxxx Money Deposit shall be returned to Buyer with all interest thereon and both parties shall be relieved of all rights, obligations and liabilities hereunder except for the parties’ obligations pursuant to Sections 3.3 and 16.6.

If Buyer fails to terminate this Contract within three (3) Business Days after the expiration of the Review Period, Buyer shall be deemed to waive such right.
Seller Exhibits. Seller agrees to provide complete copies of Exhibits E and F for review by Buyer not later than thirty (30) days after the date of this Option Contract. Buyer shall have until thirty (30) days after delivery of the Exhibits to review and approve the information on all such Exhibits. In the event Buyer does not reasonably approve of any item in Exhibit F based on the information contained therein, Buyer shall be entitled to terminate this Option Contract as to the affected Hotel only without terminating the remainder of this Option Contract, or terminate this Option Contract in its entirety, or waive its right to object by notice to Seller.
Seller Exhibits. Buyer shall have until the end of the Review Period to review and approve the information on Exhibits B, C, D, E, F, and H. In the event Buyer does not approve any such exhibit or the information contained therein, Buyer shall be entitled to terminate this Contract by notice to Seller and the Xxxxxxx Money Deposit shall be returned to Buyer and both parties shall be relieved of all rights, obligations and liabilities hereunder except for the parties’ obligations pursuant to Sections 3.2, 3.8, and 16.6 hereof and any other provisions herein which are expressly indicated as surviving Closing. Seller may supplement or modify the information contained on the foregoing Exhibits at any time prior to the date that is five (5) Business Days prior to the expiration of the Review Period; provided, however, if any Exhibit is modified, Buyer shall have the right to extend the Review Period by an additional five (5) Business Days.
