Selective Salary Adjustments. Effective October 1, 2001, the following classification shall be adjusted as indicated below: 2111 Public Info Rep 1 SR 21 to SR 23 The above classification will be adjusted based on the following implementation procedure: An employee who has been at the top step in the salary range of his/her classification for at least twelve (12) full calendar months before October 1, 2001, will receive a step increase effective October 1,2001, and a new eligibility date of October 1, 2002 will be assigned. All other employees will retain their current salary rate until their next salary eligibility date at which time they will move to the next higher step in the range. However, if the employee’s current salary does not match any rate in the new salary range, the employee will move on the date of implementation, to the next higher rate in the new salary range that is closest to their current salary. Employees whose current rate is below the first step of the new range shall be moved to the first step of the new range on October 2001 and a new eligibility date of October 1, 2002 will be assigned.
