Common use of Selected Structural Treatment Clause in Contracts

Selected Structural Treatment. The Consultant will modify the Structure Justification Report, Preliminary Bridge Plan and/or Preliminary Bridge Rehabilitation Plan to incorporate Sponsor review comments. The Sponsor will approve the selected structural treatment and will obtain NYSDOT concurrence (either by a written submission or at a meeting).
