Seed Capital Network Program Clause Samples
The Seed Capital Network Program clause establishes the framework for a program that connects early-stage startups with potential investors or sources of initial funding. Typically, this clause outlines the eligibility criteria for participation, the process for matching startups with investors, and any obligations or benefits for both parties involved. By formalizing the structure and expectations of the program, this clause helps facilitate access to seed capital, thereby supporting startup growth and reducing barriers to early-stage investment.
