Security Trustee May Perform. If any Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained in this Agreement, the Security Trustee may (but shall not be obligated to) itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of the Security Trustee incurred in connection with doing so shall be payable by the Grantors.
Security Trustee May Perform. Upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default hereunder (including an Event of Default resulting from a failure to perform any agreement contained herein), if any Pledgor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Security Trustee may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of the Security Trustee incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by such Pledgor under Section 12 hereof.
