Security Services Life Cycle Support. The SP provides support to Customers throughout a “life cycle”, which consists of the following three phases: Consultation Phase, Installation Phase and Operational Phase. Specific duties and obligations under each Life Cycle phase are detailed in Section 3.2 below. The SP cannot guarantee Services support will totally prevent security problems, but pledges its best efforts to maintain and fix security problems in the Customer’s network, as it relates to the specifications of each BOX.
