Common use of Security Clearances Clause in Contracts

Security Clearances. H.7.1 The Master Contract and associated maximum labor rates are inclusive of personnel and facility security clearance up to the Secret level for performance within the Contiguous United States (CONUS). The Master Contract does not require Contractors to receive/hold a clearance. GSA will not sponsor clearances at the Master Contract level. Clearances may be sponsored at the task order level.
