Security and Guaranties. (a) All Obligations of the Borrower and the Guarantors under this Agreement and all other Loan Documents to which they are a party shall be secured in accordance with the Collateral Documents. (b) All Obligations of the Borrower under this Agreement and all other Loan Documents to which it is a party shall be unconditionally guaranteed by each Guarantor pursuant to its Guaranty.
