Common use of Securitization Costs Clause in Contracts

Securitization Costs. All reasonable third party costs and expenses incurred by Borrower and Guarantors in connection with Borrower’s complying with requests made under this Section 9.1 (including the fees and expenses of the Rating Agencies) shall be paid by Borrower.

Securitization Costs. All reasonable third party costs and expenses incurred by Borrower and Guarantors in connection with Borrower’s complying with requests made under this Section 9.1 (including including, without limitation, the fees and expenses of the Rating Agencies) shall be paid by BorrowerLender.

All reasonable third party costs and expenses incurred by Borrower and Guarantors Guarantor in connection with Borrower’s complying compliance with requests made under this Section 9.1 (including the fees and expenses of the Rating Agencies) shall be paid or reimbursed by Borrower.

All reasonable third party costs and expenses incurred by Borrower (except any legal fees and Guarantors expenses which shall be paid by Borrower) in connection with Borrower’s complying with requests made under this Section 9.1 (including including, without limitation, the fees and expenses of the Rating Agencies) shall be paid by BorrowerLender.

Securitization Costs. All reasonable third party costs and expenses incurred by Borrower and Guarantors Guarantor in connection with Borrower’s complying with requests made under this Section 9.1 (including the fees and expenses of the Rating Agencies) shall be paid by BorrowerLender.

All Except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Section 9.1, all reasonable third party costs and expenses incurred by Lender, Borrower and Guarantors in connection with a Securitization (including without limitation, Borrower’s complying with requests made under this Section 9.1 (including 9.1, the fees and expenses of the Rating AgenciesAgencies and Lender’s legal fees) shall be paid by Borrower.

All reasonable third party costs and expenses incurred by Borrower and Guarantors Guarantor in connection with Borrower’s review of the Disclosure Documents or complying with requests made under this Section 9.1 (including the fees and expenses of the Rating AgenciesSections 9.1.1(b) shall be paid by Borrower.

All reasonable third party costs and expenses incurred by Borrower and Guarantors Guarantor in connection with Borrower’s complying with requests made under this Section 9.1 (including including, without limitation, the fees and expenses of the Rating AgenciesAgencies and expenses incurred pursuant to Section 9.1.1(c)) shall be paid by Borrower. To the extent that such third party costs and expenses incurred pursuant to this Section 9.1 exceed $50,000, Lender shall reimburse Borrower for such costs and expenses.

All reasonable third party costs and expenses incurred by Borrower and Guarantors in connection with Borrower’s complying with requests made under this Section 9.1 9.1(b) or (including e) shall be paid by Borrower. All reasonable third party out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by Borrower and Guarantors in connection with Borrower’s complying with requests made under Section 9.1(c) (including, without limitation, the fees and expenses of the Rating Agencies) shall be paid by BorrowerLender.

Securitization Costs. All reasonable third party costs and expenses incurred by Borrower and Guarantors Guarantor in connection with Borrower’s complying compliance with requests made under this Section 9.1 (including the fees and expenses of the Rating Agencies) shall be paid or reimbursed by BorrowerLender.

All reasonable third party costs and expenses incurred by Borrower and Guarantors in connection with Borrower’s complying with requests made under this Section 9.1 9.1(c) (including including, without limitation, the fees and expenses of the Rating Agencies) shall be paid by BorrowerLender.

All reasonable and documented third party costs and expenses incurred by Borrower and Guarantors Guarantor in connection with Borrower’s complying compliance with requests made under this Section 9.1 (including the fees and expenses of the Rating Agencies) shall be paid or reimbursed by BorrowerLender.

All reasonable third party costs and expenses incurred by Borrower and Guarantors in connection with Borrower’s complying with requests made under this Section 9.1 9.1.1(c) (including including, without limitation, the fees and expenses of the Rating Agencies) shall be paid by BorrowerLender.

All reasonable third party costs and expenses incurred by Borrower (excluding Borrower’s attorneys’ fees and Guarantors expenses) in connection with Borrower’s complying with requests made under this Section 9.1 (including the fees and expenses of the Rating Agencies) shall be paid by BorrowerLender.

All of Lender’s costs and expenses and any fees and expenses of the Rating Agencies) Agencies incurred in connection with a Securitization shall be paid by BorrowerLender.
