Common use of Secured Party Access Clause in Contracts

Secured Party Access. Permit the Collateral Agent, to the extent such Grantor has the authority to do so, by the Collateral Agent’s representatives and agents, to enter any premises where all or any part of the Collateral, or the books and records relating thereto, or both, are located, to take possession of all or any part of the Collateral and to remove all or any part of the Collateral.

Secured Party Access. Permit Upon the request of Collateral Agent, on and after the occurrence and during the continuance of a Triggering Event, and subject to the extent such terms of any applicable lease, each Grantor has the authority to do sowill permit Collateral Agent, by the Collateral Agent’s representatives and agents, to enter any premises where all or any part of the Collateral, or the books and records relating thereto, or both, are located, to take possession of all or any part of the Collateral and to remove all or any part of the Collateral.
