Secure Messaging. i. Provider's or another health care provider's Treatment of the individual who is the subject of the Health Data sent or received by Provider or a Provider Authorized User. Treatment shall include case management, disease management and related services. ii. Provider's or another health care provider’s Health Care Operations, such as management of referrals and obtaining authorizations. iii. Public health activities, as permitted by Applicable Law. iv. Reporting on clinical quality and other measures to demonstrate “meaningful use,” as specified in regulations by the Department of Health and Human Services, or other payer incentive or accreditation programs, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.
