Fire Extinguishers Provide UL-listed extinguishers, cabinets and accessories from a single manufacturer such as X.X. Industries or Xxxxxx’x Manufacturing Company that comply with local fire marshal approval. Extinguishers shall be pressurized solid AFFF Type: UL-rated 3-A: 00X, 0-0/0 xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, in stainless steel container with pressure indicated gauge. Irrigation The City shall provide water to the Premises for the purpose of irrigating the facility. The City specifically reserves the right to restrict water usage under this Agreement if water restrictions are placed on other water users within the City. Prior to the start of the season, City will provide charge up and run through the automatic irrigation systems to check for proper operation. City will provide Lessee with a radio for remote operation of the irrigation system, which Lessee shall use for the day to day maintenance, repair, and monitoring of the irrigation system. If the radio is lost, stolen, broken, or is rendered unusable, Lessee shall pay $1500 for the replacement radio. City is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the following irrigation elements, to the extent applicable: curb stops, backflow prevention devices, backflow enclosures, main line pipings, electric control valves, and controllers. Lessee shall notify Parks Division Water managers by email if any of these irrigation elements are malfunctioning or broken.
Foundations nor shall the Contractor be responsible for correction of leaks resulting from said failure.
Meter and Cabling Be obliged to draw electricity lines/wires, television cables, broadband data cables and telephone cables to the said Apartment only through the ducts and pipes provided therefor, ensuring that no inconvenience is caused to the Promoter or to other apartment owners. The main electricity meter shall be installed only at the space designated for common meters. The Allottee shall under no circumstances be entitled to affix, draw or string wires, cables, dish antennae or pipes from, to or through any part or portion of and outside walls of the building in which the Apartment is located save in the manner indicated by the Promoter/Association (upon formation).

Protective Clothing and Equipment 20.1 In accordance with the Health and Safety in Employment Act and associated Regulations, the Employer shall ensure that employees are provided with any protective equipment required to ensure the safety of employees while at work. The maintenance and replacement of this equipment is the responsibility of the Employer.
Scoring The number of routes each company operates (Route # 0001-2999, 8000-8199) will be multiplied by 2 to determine the daily number of trips. (Only accidents, breakdowns and service reports related to routes falling in this range will be used for the evaluation). The daily number of trips will be multiplied by 175 to arrive at the annual number of trips. The number of accidents, breakdowns and service complaints will be divided by the total number of trips to calculate a percent figure. Each company’s percentage will be compared to the total average. See below for a sample. Any circumstance whereby a Breakdown or Accident is found by PTS to be ‘Non Reported’ by vendor within the required timeframe (see G-36) will count as (20) ‘Reported’ instances for the purpose of this Contractor Evaluation Scoring.
Towing Contractor shall meet all requirements set forth in Title 46 CFR, Part 15 for Towing Assistance. Unless otherwise specified in the work request, Purchasers require a dead-ship tow plan to be approved by the Coast Guard in accordance with the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee for vessels over 50-feet, unless the Coast Guard deems the plan unnecessary. Contractor is responsible to obtain a tow plan and provide Purchaser with an approved copy at least one (1) business day prior to the tow. The plan is located on the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee’s website under the Safety Plan link on the left side of the page (xxxx://xxxxx.xxx/about). This site will have the most update version of the plan.
