Section Provisions for. The Company agrees to reimburse an employee up to one hundred and eight dollars ($108.00) towards medical fees charged by a reputable medical clinic doctor for required driving license medical examinations for those employees required by the Company to maintain drivers’ licenses to perform their duties. Should an employee elect to have his driving license medical examination performed at a fee in excess of this amount, such excess fee will be the responsibility of the employee.
