Section IV Economic Impact. In addition to all other information requested within this RFP, each Bidder must dedicate a section of its proposal to describing the Bidder’s economic impact upon any state that chooses to participate under this program. Examples may include, but are not limited to, employment of the subject state’s residents, subcontracting/partnering with the subject state’s businesses, payment of state and local taxes (such as corporate, sales, or property taxes), and the payment of state licensing fees for the Bidder’s business operations. To complete the “economic impact” section of the Bidder’s proposal, the Bidder shall include no more than one page of typed text, describing the Bidder’s current, recent, or projected economic impact, as defined above.
