Section II –Previous Contracting Narratives a. For each of the CPAR reports, Past Performance Questionnaires submitted, or any other previous contracts listed, the Offeror shall provide a Previous Contracting Effort Narrative detailing the following information in Volume II: scope relevancy, achievements/obstacles, and criteria used to evaluate performance. Past Performance Volume should be specific and complete. Offerors shall provide information relative to previous work for the same or similar services provided and/or for past and on-going work in Government and Non- Government contracts for technical or professional services. Past Performance questionnaires shall be provided to the customer POC with instructions to complete and submit it directly to the Contracting Specialist, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Copies or references to the questionnaires may be included in Volume II. Responses will be evaluated against the past performance factor definitions defined in Section M. The Government reserves the right to use contract performance data provided in the Offeror’s proposal and additional contract performance data obtained from other sources, such as the Government’s Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) database, personnel knowledge and from the points of contact identified by the Offeror in its proposal.
