Section 8.13.2. 27 Any shop employee who works in excess of forty (40) hours per week and who works on the 28 sixth (6th) consecutive day of the shortened workweek as provided in Section 9.1.2. shall be 29 compensated at the rate of twice the employee's hourly rate.
