Section 8.1.2. Floating Holiday. 28 Full time employees will receive an additional Floating Holiday for every day the calendar year 29 exceeds two hundred sixty 260 days. This Floating Holiday will be taken at the discretion of 30 the employee on any day that school is not in session. This day will be scheduled with approval 31 of the immediate supervisor at least one (1) week in advance. (This is unpaid)
