SECTION 7H. The Board shall make available a cleaned and furnished lunch room, restroom and lavatory facilities exclusively for teacher use.
SECTION 7H. Section 7(h) of the Note is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to ready as follows: “sell, lease or otherwise dispose of any significant portion of its assets, or acquire any assets or business that would result in a Change of Control Transaction, on or after the Original Issue Date, without Holder’s prior consent;”

SECTION 7H. Teacher’s Role as a Parent: 47 The District values families of employees and encourages parent involvement in our 48 schools. Employees who have children attending another school in the WSD, may be 1 granted leave in hourly increments to attend their child’s parent-teacher conference, 2 special awards assemblies, plays and special events during the school day, sporting 3 events, other events approved by their principal. 4
