Section 7.2.3. 11 Security personnel may work in the buildings on all early release days and the day before 12 school with the administrator's or supervisor's approval.
Section 7.2.3. 7 An employee who does not provide the District with ten (10) calendar days' notice of 8 termination shall forfeit accrued vacation to a maximum of twenty (20) days. An employee 9 who receives pay in lieu of vacation who does not provide the District with ten (10) calendar 10 days’ notice of termination shall forfeit all pay in lieu of vacation to a maximum of fifteen (15) 11 days.
Section 7.2.3. 35 The maximum carry-over available on August 31 annually will be two hundred and forty (240) 36 hours, unless approved by the Superintendent due to extraordinary circumstances. Upon 37 separation/retirement, a maximum of two hundred and forty (240) hours will be allowed for cash- 38 out. 39
Section 7.2.3. 19 Part-time employees shall have vacation paid on a pro-rated formula on their payroll checks for 20 July and August as follows:

Section 7.2.3. 35 Compensation for personal leave shall be the same as the compensation such employee would 36 have received had such employee not taken the leave. Section 7.2.3. 44 Any Year Round employee who is discharged or who terminates employment shall receive 45 payment for unused accrued vacation credit with their final paycheck, given the conditions of 46 Article X, Section 10.3 have been met.
Section 7.2.3. 13 Employees who work less than twelve (12) months per year shall receive payment for unused 14 accrued vacation on a prorated twelve (12) month basis. Sick Leave.
Section 7.2.3. 35 Except as provided in the following section, any vacation credit currently due an annual 36 employee but unused by the new accrual date each year may be carried over for one (1) year 37 following the accrual date with the approval of the District Administrator.
