Section 6.12.1 Sample Clauses

Section 6.12.1. 2 All hours worked on the fifth (5th) consecutive day by employees (as referenced in Section 6.12.) 3 will be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times the employee's base pay. All hours 4 worked on the fifth (5th) consecutive day in excess of eight (8) hours and in excess of forty (40) 5 hours will be compensated at a rate twice the employee's base pay.

Section 6.12.1. 32 In the event the District deems it necessary to close a school or schools due to inclement 33 weather or other emergency closure, an employee who reports to work will be eligible to 34 receive two (2) hours of pay at the employee’s regular rate of pay. This provision will not 35 be applicable when school closure is announced the day prior to the closure or when the 36 closure is announced more than two (2) hours prior to the start of the employee’s shift.
Section 6.12.1. All open or new runs which become known subsequent to the bidding, including summer 42 bus runs, shall be posted for five (5) working days. All runs shall be posted within five (5) days of their 43 creation or vacancy. Interested drivers shall sign up for the run, and the run shall be awarded to the senior 44 eligible driver of those signed up.
