Section 5 – Workplace Violence Sample Clauses

Section 5 – Workplace Violence. 24 ONA commits to support and participate in the Hospital’s Workplace Violence 25 Prevention Committee (WVPC) and support statewide mandated workplace 26 safety legislation. Upon any incident of physical assault upon an employee, 27 the Hospital shall offer to support the employee in reporting the incident to 28 the police. Upon request and to the extent permitted under applicable state 29 and federal law, an employee affected by an incident of workplace violence 30 will be permitted to view documented evidence of the event.
