Section 3.8.1. 23 Any case of assault upon an employee shall promptly be reported to the employer or the 24 employer’s designated representative and a written incident report shall be filled out.
Section 3.8.1. Section 3.8.1 of the Agreement shall be amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
Section 3.8.1. The provisions of this Agreement shall be effective April 16, 2013 and shall remain in full force and effect through the end of the work shift on April 15, 2016.
