Section 3. Part-Time Employees. Vacation leave shall be earned by each regular, 2 part-time employee whose budgeted FTE is equal to or greater than 0.5 (50%). 3 Vacation leave shall accrue in an amount proportionate to that which would be 4 accrued under regular, full-time employment (1.0 FTE).
Section 3. Part-Time Employees. Part-time employees, excluding Dining Service Substitute/Trainee, shall mean an employee who is normally not scheduled to work more than twenty (20) hours per week. Part-time employees shall not be members of the bargaining unit. However, no full-time existing position will be changed to two (2) or more part-time regular positions, nor shall part-time employees be used to eliminate regular bargaining unit positions.
