Section 2(i):  transferred territories' means (i) in relation to the State of Bihar, the territories transferred by this Act from that State to the State of Uttar Pradesh and (ii) in relation to the State of Uttar Pradesh, the territories transferred by this Act from that State to the State of Bihar."

  • Section 510(b) Claim means any Claim arising from: (a) rescission of a purchase or sale of a security of the Debtors or an Affiliate of the Debtors; (b) purchase or sale of such a security; or (c) reimbursement or contribution allowed under section 502 of the Bankruptcy Code on account of such a Claim.

  • Effective TBD means that the date is to be determined by further Commission action. A date listed as "anticipated effective" may be subject to change. An Advice Letter Supplement is not a new filing, and there is no protest period unless indicated.

  • Qualified Termination has the meaning set forth in Section 4(b).

  • Accrued Obligations means (i) all accrued but unpaid Base Salary through the date of termination of Executive’s employment, (ii) any unpaid or unreimbursed expenses incurred in accordance with Section 7 hereof, and (iii) any benefits provided under the Company’s employee benefit plans upon a termination of employment, in accordance with the terms contained therein.

  • Subparagraph means a portion of this Consent Decree identified by a lower case letter or an arabic numeral in parentheses.

  • sentence means the sanction or combination of sanctions imposed by the sentencing court on an offender who is convicted of or pleads guilty to an offense.

  • Qualifying Termination means a termination of the Executive’s employment either (i) by a Company Group member without Cause (excluding by reason of Executive’s death or Disability) or (ii) by the Executive for Good Reason, in either case, during the Change in Control Period (a “Qualifying CIC Termination”) or outside of the Change in Control Period (a “Qualifying Non-CIC Termination”).

  • Clause means a clause of this Agreement;
