Section 27.2. In the event of suspension or invalidation of any Article or Section of this Agreement, 25 the parties agree to meet and negotiate within thirty (30) days after such determination for the 26 purpose of arriving at a mutually satisfactory resolution of the matter.

Section 27.2. All F.O.P. notices of any kind posted on the bulletin board shall be signed, dated, posted or removed by an F.O.P. official.
Section 27.2. A. Any dispatcher working as a trainer shall receive an additional one dollar ($1.00) for each hour served as a trainer. Employees serving as the trainer will be chosen by the Director, or their designee. Trainers will follow the Belmont County 9-1-1 New Employee Training program and will evaluate new employees daily and report their progress and issues to the Supervisor.
Section 27.2. Employees who have not been approved for educational assistance prior to June 30, 1999, will be subject to reimbursement limits of $2000 per calendar year for undergraduate level courses or up to $3000 per calendar year for post-graduate level courses, if approved. An employee will receive 100% of institutional costs up to the above limits if the employee receives an A, B, or C grade or “passing” if the course is limited as a “pass-fail” course. Grades of D or F or failure to complete are not eligible for reimbursement.
