Section 19.12. Sharing Student Information. 2 An employee assigned to work directly with a student on an Individual Education Plan (IEP) or 504 3 Plan shall have access to portions of the IEP and/or accommodations that are necessary for the 4 employee to perform their assigned work with the student prior to or within two (2) workdays of the 5 student’s assignment or the District’s receipt, whichever is later. Employees shall not make copies of 6 any portion of the IEP or 504 Plans unless they are directed to do so by the case manager or other 7 supervisor and those copies are kept under lock and key in the classroom.
