Section 15.3.3.4. 21 No evidence may be presented at the arbitration level which was not presented at a lower 22 level of the grievance procedure. 24 Section 15.3.3.5. 25 Each party shall pay any expenses and compensation, including wages and salaries, relating 26 to its own witnesses or representatives. The costs for the services of the arbitrator, 27 including per diem expenses, if any, and his/her travel and subsistence expenses and the 28 cost of any hearing room, will be shared equally by the District and the Association. All 29 other costs will be borne by the party incurring them.
