Common use of Section 15.2.4. Step IV Clause in Contracts

Section 15.2.4. Step IV. 8 If no settlement has been reached within the ten (10) working days referred to in the preceding 9 subsection, and the Association believes the grievance to be valid, a demand may be made within 10 twenty (20) working days for arbitration of the grievance. The Voluntary Labor Arbitration Rules 11 of the American Arbitration Association may be utilized. The arbitrator's award shall be final and 12 binding upon all parties.
