Common use of Section 14.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 14.4. 24 Any employee who refuses to become a member of the Association in good standing or pay the service 25 charge in accordance with the previous sections, shall, at the option of the Association, be immediately 26 discharged from employment by the District.
