Section 10.3. Seniority. 44 No later than November 1 of each school year, the District will publish and distribute to all employees 45 and the Association, a seniority list ranking each employee from greatest to least seniority. 47 In the event that more than one (1) individual has the same seniority ranking after applying the above 48 provisions, all employees so affected shall participate in a drawing by lot, to determine position on the 1 seniority list. The Association and all employees so affected shall be notified in writing of the date, 2 place and time of the drawing. The drawing shall be conducted openly and at a time and place which 3 will allow affected employees and the Association to be in attendance.
