Secretary and Office. If Employee’s employment under this Agreement is terminated on or after his reaching age fifty-five (55), other than pursuant to Paragraph 5(a) or 5(b) above, the Corporation shall provide to Employee, at any time Employee is not employed by any person on a full-time basis, an office and secretary.

  • Secretary and Assistant Secretary The Secretary shall be responsible for filing legal documents and maintaining records for the Company. The Secretary shall attend all meetings of the Board and record all the proceedings of the meetings of the Company and of the Board in a book to be kept for that purpose and shall perform like duties for the standing committees when required.
