Common use of Secrecy Obligation Clause in Contracts

Secrecy Obligation. 10.1 During the entire duration of this Agreement as well as after the end of the employment relationship, the Employee shall keep strictly secret, and not disclose or communicate to third parties, any documents or information of a confidential nature relating to the business and operations of the Company or ▇▇▇▇▇ Services or any of its subsidiaries including any company in the same group as ▇▇▇▇▇ Services. 10.2 Furthermore, the Employee shall keep strictly secret, and not disclose to any third party, any documents or information of a confidential nature entrusted by clients or other third parties or of which the Employee became aware through other channels.
