Common use of Secrecy Agreement Clause in Contracts

Secrecy Agreement. The Executive has entered into the Employee Agreement Relating to Trade Secrets, Inventions and Proprietary and Confidential Information (the “Secrecy Agreement”). The Executive reaffirms the Executive’s obligations under the Secrecy Agreement and agrees to comply with the Secrecy Agreement (and any successor written agreement relating to such matters that the Executive may execute in the future).

Secrecy Agreement. The Executive has entered into into, or no later than March 31, 2012, will enter into, the Employee Secrecy Agreement Relating to Inventions, Know How, Patents and Trade Secrets, Inventions and Proprietary and Confidential Secrets Information with the Company (the “Secrecy Agreement”). The Executive reaffirms the Executive’s obligations under the Secrecy Agreement and agrees to comply with the Secrecy Agreement (and any successor written agreement relating to such matters that the Executive may execute in the future).
