Common use of Secondary Systems Clause in Contracts

Secondary Systems. Each Interconnected Entity agrees to cooperate with the other in the inspection, maintenance, and testing of those Secondary Systems directly affecting the operation of an Interconnected Entity's facilities and equipment which may reasonably be expected to affect the other Interconnected Entity’s facilities. Each Interconnected Entity shall provide advance notice to the other Interconnected Entity before undertaking any work on such equipment, especially in electrical circuits involving circuit breaker trip and close contacts, current transformers, or potential transformers.
