Secondary Schools. 23.7.1.1 In secondary schools, each Teacher shall have a duty-free lunch period equal in length to a full teaching period. However, in no case shall a Teacher’s lunch period be less than 45 minutes or exceed 60 minutes. A duty-free lunch period shall not include the supervision of students.
