Second Lien Loan Documents. Borrower Parties shall have delivered to the Co-Agent and the Agent certified copies of the Second Lien Loan Documents, which shall each be in form and substance satisfactory to the Co-Agent and the Agent and which shall each be effective in accordance with their terms.
