Common use of Second Lien Intercreditor Agreement Clause in Contracts

Second Lien Intercreditor Agreement. The Administrative Agent is hereby authorized on behalf of the Lenders for the Lenders and their Affiliates that are Secured Parties to enter into the Second Lien Intercreditor Agreement. Each Lender and each other Secured Party (by receiving the benefits thereunder and of the Collateral) acknowledges and agrees to the terms of such agreement and agrees that the terms thereof shall be binding on such Secured Party and its successors and assigns, as if it were a party thereto.
