SEBB Eligibility. 7 The District agrees to follow SEBB eligibility rules for employees who are anticipated to work 8 six hundred thirty (630) hours or more per school year.
SEBB Eligibility. All employees shall be eligible for full insurance coverage under the SEBB program if they work, or are anticipated to work, 630 hours or more in a school year. Eligibility of employees on unpaid leave status will be determined on a case-by-case basis until or unless SEBB issues rules pertaining to unpaid leaves. The District shall notify the Association and the parties shall review the circumstances of any eligible employee on unpaid leave whom the Districts anticipates will become ineligible for benefits due to the unpaid leave status. Such notice and review shall occur reasonably in advance of any action by the District to terminate benefits to the affected.

  • Member Eligibility Verify Member eligibility contemporaneous with the rendering of services. BCBS will provide systems and/or methods for verification of eligibility and benefit coverage for Members. This is furnished as a service and not as a guarantee of payment;
