SEBB Benefits Clause Samples

The SEBB Benefits clause defines the employer's obligations regarding the provision of health and related benefits through the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) program. It typically outlines which employees are eligible for SEBB benefits, the types of coverage provided (such as medical, dental, and vision), and the employer's contribution toward premiums. This clause ensures that employees receive consistent and standardized benefits as mandated by state regulations, addressing the need for clarity and compliance in employee benefits administration.
