Common use of Search Terms Clause in Contracts

Search Terms. To the extent this Agreement sets forth any mechanism by which the Co-Branded Site will be promoted in connection with specified search terms within any AOL product or service, Onvia hereby represents and warrants that Onvia has all consents, authorizations, approvals, licenses, permits or other rights necessary for Onvia to use such specified search terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, AOL shall have the right to suspend the use of any search term if AOL has a reasonable belief that continued use may subject AOL to liability or other adverse consequences.
