Scratch Recordings. The ROH must ensure that scratch recordings created under Clause 12 are only used by relevant (i) film production staff and (ii) artists and creatives featured in such scratch recordings for purposes preparatory to the creation of a production, or a recording for public release under the terms of this Agreement.
